What to expect from a landscape design consultation

A design consultation starts on your property, not at a desk. Dan or Maria walks the yard with you and takes the measurements the plan will be drawn from: property lines, the house footprint, doors and windows, slopes and where water goes after a storm.

What we ask

How you use the space now, how you would like to, and what you want to stop doing. A family that wants a lawn for kids needs a different plan from a couple who want a low-maintenance garden to look at from the kitchen.

What you get

A scaled drawing, a plant list and a fixed-price proposal for the installation. If you go ahead, the design fee is credited toward the work.
