About Hollis & Reed

A Lancaster County landscaping company, family-owned since 2009.

Dan Hollis and Maria Reed

Our story

Dan Hollis and Maria Reed started the company in 2009 with one truck and a handful of mowing clients in Manheim Township. Dan ran the crew; Maria, a horticulture graduate from Penn State, handled design and the books.

Today our crew of 14 maintains more than 300 residential properties and designs and builds about 40 gardens and patios a year. We still walk every new property ourselves before we write an estimate.
